This product can be managed according to general industrial chemicals. When using it, gloves and protective glasses should be worn to avoid direct contact with the skin and eyes. If it gets on the skin, rinse with water and soap. Place in a cool and dry warehouse to prevent exposure to sunlight and rain. Do not mix with strong alkali.
Put 450kg of dimethyloctadecylamine into a reactor, heat it to 80-85 ℃, and slowly add 180kg of benzyl chloride within 1.5-2h under stirring. During the dripping process, keep it at 80-90 ℃. After the feeding is completed, heat up to 100-105 ℃, and sample and measure the pH value after several hours of insulation reaction. The reaction is completed when the pH value of the 1% aqueous solution reaches 6-6.5. Cool to 60 ℃ and discharge to obtain the finished product.

use | used as cationic dye, leveling agent for dyeing acrylic fiber. Make the dyed fabric feel soft. This product has good flexibility to acetate fiber and has sterilization and disinfection effects. It has good leveling properties for cationic dyes. It can be used in the same bath with cationic and non-ionic surfactants. When acrylic fiber is dyed, the general dosage is 2% ~ 3%. In order to improve the dyeing rate, it can be added to 3% ~ 5%. This product is mainly used as a thickener for grease, a pharmaceutical fungicide, a textile wetting agent, a softener, and an antistatic agent. It has good stability. mainly used as thickener, pharmaceutical fungicide, textile wetting agent, finishing agent, softener, antistatic agent, etc. used as leveling agent for anionic dyes, softener for acrylic fiber, acetate fiber, etc |
production method | 450 kg of dimethyldecylamine is put into a reaction kettle, heated to 80~85 ℃, and 180 kg of benzyl chloride is slowly added within 1.5~2 h under stirring. During the dropping process, the temperature is kept at 80~90 ℃. After the feeding is completed, the temperature is raised to 100~105 ℃, and the pH value is measured by sampling for several hours.
